Highly respected and board certified plastic surgeon, William K. Boss, MD, FACS, is distinguished among his colleagues, patients and hospital staff for his professional skills and extensive experience in cosmetic surgery. He specializes in procedures of the body, breast and face including hair restoration, liposuction, tummy tuck, breast lift, breast augmentation, blepharoplasty, Botox® and more. Dr. Boss has the first U.S. patent for the innovative surgical technique called Cool Lift. Cool Lift is a minimally invasive face lift that can be done in his office without anesthesia, and done in 90 minutes if both face and neck are done. Dr. Boss is also certified in silicone breast implants and performs breast augmentation with adjustable breast implants, which gives the patient greater control over size of implants and results of surgery.

Dr. Boss was the former Chief of Plastic Surgery at Hackensack University Medical Center, and Assistant Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. In addition, he serves at numerous New Jersey hospitals, including Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, Pascack Valley Hospital in Westwood, Holy Name Hospital in Teaneck, Englewood Hospital in Englewood, and St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston. Dr. Boss also maintains memberships with various medical societies such as the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Drew University and studying for a portion of his senior year at Harvard Medical School, Dr. Boss attended The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Boss went on to specialized postdoctoral plastic surgery training at Yale University.
